Agneash - Autumn 2010
The mellow days of autumn offer something special in terms of light and atmosphere in the Isle of Man.
In September the heather on the hills is perfect for the colourful landscapes that lie before you. With plantations, reservoirs, and rolling hills featuring ruins and cairns to capture.
In October as autumn starts to unfold the rich golds/reds start to appear. The waterfalls in the glens flow freely to the pools below, enhanced by the warm colours the season brings.
The island’s location off the North West coast of Britain provides that extra bit of daylight, providing some excellent photographic opportunities both early and late in the day. The soft colours of autumn contrast with the shadows of the hills and glens, providing a wonderful backdrop.
Don't miss this exquisite island this time of year.
